We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on initial website builds. If you are not satisfied with the delivered website within 30 days of launch, you may request a full refund of the build fee.
2. Subscription Services
Monthly subscription services (SEO, Ads management, CRM, hosting) may be cancelled at any time. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No prorated refunds are issued for partial months.
3. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, email support@vipcontratcoragency.com with your account details and reason for the request. Eligible refunds are processed within 5-10 business days to the original payment method.
4. Non-Refundable Items
- Third-party costs already paid (ad spend, domain registration, stock assets)
- Custom development work completed and delivered beyond the 30-day window
- Setup fees once onboarding is complete
- Services consumed beyond the refund window
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us first to resolve any billing issues. Initiating a chargeback without contacting us may result in account suspension and forfeiture of any deliverables.
6. Cancellation
Cancel any subscription from your account dashboard or by emailing us. We do not impose cancellation fees or long-term contracts unless explicitly agreed in writing.
